(1) A person who wants to register his name in the council must submit an application to the council in the prescribed format.
(2) A person engaged in veterinary medicine business at the commencement of this Act shall submit an application to the Council for registration in accordance with sub-section (1) within six months from the date of commencement of this Act.
(3) In accordance with sub-section (1) or (2), the person who submits an application to register his name shall attach the certificates, degrees and other related documents obtained by him along with the application and the prescribed fee.
